My Holiday Experience

I spent my last mid semester holiday very happily. I didn’t go to far place, but I found many interesting place near my city, Cimahi, which was hidden until I explored it with my motorcycle. The first interesting thing I did in my holiday is practicing to drive motorcycle. Before the holiday, I had already trained to drive it. But I wanted to make it better.

But my problem was not my ability to ride it, but I didn’t really know the road in Cimahi, because i passed it very rarely. It’s caused of usually I spent my activity in bandung. My curiosity was bigger than my fear, so I passed the road by sometimes asking to the pedestrian. That was Friday. I had to pray Jumat. Suddenly I arrived to one of the mosque I passed. It’s called daarut tauhid. The speaker was Aa gym, the owner of the mosque and one of the most popular Ustadz in indonesia.

After praying Jumat, I went home. Unfortunately I trapped in the jam an the fuel ran out. I must brought my motorcycle to the nearest gas station. So, as the result, I came home late.

The second interesting thing I did in my holiday was joining my futsal class team, X IPA 8, to play with X IPA 1. My team squad was me, Ghifari, Akbar, willy, Naafi, erlangga and atalla. We won the game. i scored a lot of goal.

The third was a little bit surprising. My clasmate, erlangga joined the same bimbel with me. I didn’t now what the reason of he left his previous bimbel. Maybe he just wanted to join me.

Next, my experience was accompanying my little cousin to go around Bandung. He came from Semarang. I accompanied him to Trans studio, zoo, pasar baru, etc. About visiting the zoo, I thought that was not the good zoo I used to visit in my childhood. The animals’ cage was not well taken care.

I accompanied him to the places in Cimahi too. One of them was Alam Wisata Cimahi. That was a natural safari place in Cimahi. As a 8 years old child, he was very brave. He took the flying fox for adult. I even couldn’t see him gliding.

At my holiday, if I stayed at home, I usually helped my mother to do house work. Although we had a housemaid, my parents asked me to do that to make me more competent. I usually washed the dish, take the dry clothes, feeding the pets, etc.

The good thing in my holiday, beside the playful activity, it made me went to the mosque more often. And I did my favorite sport, swimming, playing badminton, playing guitar, etc. I could increase my ability in picking my guitar. I learned it autodidactly. My favorit guitarist in Youtube are kelly Valleau, Sungha Jung, and Gareth Evans. I could learn at least one new fingerstyle song in a day.

The things I didn’t like in my holiday is the food in my home. My mother usually prepared the breakfast lately. So I just ate the the food that exist at the refrigerator. I forced my to learn how to cook too. But I thought I was not talented at cooking.
